HIDDEN GEMS, AN EXHIBITION BY JONNO RATTMAN
Hidden Gems unfolds as a quiet revelation — a constellation of images shaped
by feel and instinct. In Jonno Rattman’s photographs, intimacy becomes
monumental and gestures convey a raw tenderness. Each frame presents a
charged moment of stillness with gravity and grace.
Based in New York and raised in the Poconos, Pennsylvania, Rattman moves between the roles of photographer and master printer, bringing a rare sensitivity to both the making and material life of the image. Formed by studies in photography, anthropology, and art history at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and his collaboration with the many artists whose work he has printed, his practice is rooted in both deep observation and persistent curiosity.
Curated by Roxanne Doucet and presented by The White Loft, this exhibition inaugurates The White Loft’s program with a body of work shaped over years — distilled, deliberate, and resonant.
Services include: Exhibition Curation, Editing and Consulting
